Gilda R. Oldham, CP, FRP

Gilda R. Oldham is a Certified Paralegal by the National Association of Legal Assistants (CP) and a Florida Registered Paralegal by The Florida Bar (FRP).  She has been working for Attorney M. Adam Bankier since 1999.  Gilda specializes in Probate, Estate Planning, Corporate and Real Estate.

Gilda received her Legal Assistant Certificate from The Institute for Legal Assistants Program at Florida Atlantic University in 1989, and obtained an Associate in Arts degree in Education from Palm Beach Community College in 1990.  Gilda has been a member of National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) since 1989, and received her CP certification from NALA in May of 1990.  She has been a member of the Paralegal Association of Florida since 2005.  Gilda has received her FRP designation in 2008.  Gilda is currently attending Liberty University Online to obtain her Bachelors in Science in Paralegal Studies.  Gilda is a member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association since 2013.

Gilda served as the Assistant to the Second Vice President of the Boca Raton Chapter of the Paralegal Association of Florida from May 2006 through May 2007 and served as Second Vice President of the Boca Raton Chapter of the Paralegal Association of Florida from May 2007 through January 2009.  Gilda also served as the Charitable Events Committee Chair from May 2006 through May 2009.  Gilda served as the Treasurer of the Boca Raton Chapter of the Paralegal Association of Florida for the fiscal year July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012 with a flawless audit.  She is currently serving as the Treasurer of the Boca Raton Chapter of the Paralegal Association of Florida for the fiscal year July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.


Sue Sanford, CP, FRP

Sue Sanford is a Certified Paralegal (“CP”) through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and a Florida Registered Paralegal (“FRP”) through The Florida Bar.

Sue obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Santa Fe Community College, in Gainesville, Florida in 1976. In 1977, she began her legal career as a legal secretary and worked in that capacity for 13 years. In January, 1990, Sue received her national certification as a paralegal by NALA, and in April, 2008, she received her state certification as a paralegal from the Florida Bar. She has been an active member of the Paralegal Association of Florida (“PAF”) since 1992, and is also a member of the Boca Raton Chapter of PAF.

Sue joined Bankier & Arlen Law Group, PLLC in 2013 and specializes in the legal areas of Probate, Estate Planning, Corporate and Real Estate.
